RED0015 – SPINMONKEYS ‘THE REFORMER EP’
After joining forces a few years ago, SpinMonkeys Pete & Illy have been busy chaps, DJ’ing around the country and running their hugely successful OVERDOSE parties.
Following their awesome remix of Kid Lopez’s ‘Ever Fallen In Love’, the guys make a welcome return with their own offering in this monster EP featuring 4 tracks of filthy after dark tunes.
Track 1 ‘Acid Barf’ is a building electro number, and features an awesome remix from men of the moment, RHYTHM PUNKZ.
Track 2 ‘Nervous Disposition’ has more of a tech house feel to it, bouncing along nicely toward some wicked builds and breakdowns… A surefire early hours crowd pleaser.
Track 3 “Tree Oh Tree” has more of a breaks feel to it, building slowly but surely into an absolutely massive break and classic 303 hook.
